	A completed (in 2019) downtown city block located in Vancouver, BC. It was developed from a six-story office building into a residential hi-rise building. Tate on Howe has a total of a 43-story tower housing 339 residential condominium suites and 20 rental suites. The tower also features 16 working artists’ studios and gallery space, a theatre, onsite fitness facility, lounge, and party room, concierge, library, and games room. The Vancouver Seawall is a minute away, which offers breathtaking ocean views, panoramic sunset vistas, and a wide range of dining options in the surrounding neighborhood. The development is tentatively to be completed by Q1 2018.
