	Corporate Overview	Bonds Group of Companies (hereafter, the “Group”) is a multi-national investment company with a wide range of businesses, including real estate development, real estate investment, property management, hotel operations, and financial investments. Well-respected philanthropists, Dr. Chan Shu Kui and Dr. Anita Chan Lai-Ling, founded the Group in the 1960s; it now has properties throughout prime locations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Canada, the United States, Britain, and Southeast Asia with net assets of over USD $2.5 billion. The Group has a wide range of real estate investments, including luxury residential rental condominiums and houses, office buildings, retail spaces, and urban renewal construction sites. The Group also owns and operates a major serviced apartment building in Beijing’s CBD district and a high-end boutique hotel on Hong Kong Island & Kowloon. In addition, it is currently developing a large-scale resort hotel and conference center in Sun Moon Lake, Taiwan in a 50-year joint venture with the Taiwan Tourism Bureau.
